Hope that whatever you buy on Zando, fits perfectly. Because the items that doesn't fit, doesn't get picked up for the return. After 3 months of so many emails and live chats, I am still waiting for my return on my order (no. ***) , to be processed.

Why can Takealot, who has millions more clients and orders than Zando, do returns so effortlessly during lockdown??? If Zando doesn't pick up their game, down the line they are going to lose all their clients by giving them such poor service. And all their employees will be without a job.
