dont buy from Zando's use a 1000 alternates

There was an order placed on the 5th of march order no: *** and a request to return on the 20th and there was telephonic request which was done 4 times already . Call Centre agent Semetha kept on making empty promises over and over again. This inconvenience has created a lot of distress as the product purchase was supposed to be a birthday gift.
