Does anyone even work at Zando?

After years of great service I am sad to say I will not do business with Zando ever again. They do not deliver on what they promise, they have non existent customer service, their call centre may as well not have phone lines because no one answers. All I want is for my return to be collected and for my money to be refunded. I am so grateful that I did not do any Christmas shopping through you guys!
