DO NOT SHOP AT ZANDO - THEY ARE *******

Bought a sweatshirt for R899.00 in April. I was sent the wrong package, (a coat). Zando after 6 weeks finally sent a courier to collect it. I never received the sweatshirt I paid for. Four months later and many emails I finally got a refund of R527.69 They have ****** R371.00. Emails sent to Zando are ignored.
