DO NOT ORDER FROM ZANDO!

What an utterly dismal and frustrating experience with Zando! Placed an order for a pair of sneakers for my son's birthday on 1 October. Estimated delivery 4-8 Oct. Yesterday (7 Oct) it still shows as waiting to be shipped. I contacted the Customer Service team explaining that I need them by 9 Oct. It gets escalated and someone from Zando calls me to say they've spoken to the supplier and they are being shipped, furthermore they tell me I can collect from the warehouse when they arrive as the latest delivery date was for today. This morning I received an email to say my order has been cancelled as supplier is out of stock. Really??? Someone isn't being honest here. Absolutely shocking.
