I received the wrong item, had to wait for the courier to fetch the incorrect item just so that I can re-order again. Requested for a refund, sent them numerous mails, no reply and no refund! Zando are *******!! The customer service is extremely poor and they take NO responsibility for their mistakes! DO NOT ORDER FROM ZANDO!!
