Do not order

It was my first purchase so I received 30% off. I ordered shoes and when they came I realized I needed a size bigger. Turns out Zando DOES NOT have an exchange policy so if I want to exchange the size not only do I need to log a return, order from over again but lose my 30% discount! I emailed them and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I’ll be sticking with Superbalist from now on. Zando is a useless online shop that doesn’t care about losing their customers.
