DO NOT BUY FROM ZANDO...NO AFTER SALES SERVICE.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my sisters daughters wedding (The dress as well I might add). The day of the wedding when I was putting the shoes on the ankle strap of the left shoes buckle had no pin on it. I was forced to wear the shoes...had no others which is why I bought them. On the Monday after the wedding the 25th November I contacted Zando with the full story sent them the photographs they requested....I am still waiting for a refund....they are thinking about whether to refund me or not. I am incensed by the shocking service...you can get to speak to no one with any authority what so ever. DO NOT BUY FROM ZANDO. There is no after sales service at all. 11 working days after the return and at least 6 phone calls....and these people expect us all to buy from them....WHAT A DISGRACE.
