Do not buy from Zando, Useless online shopping

<p>We ordered items online before Christmas, items were delivered and were of inferior quality and damaged. We contacted Zando for a replacement. They sent the courier to collect on the 14th December. No feedback. We contacted them on the 5th of January and they apologized on the 9th and in formed us that a replacement was on the way. We contacted them on the 17th to enquire again, no feedback, no replacement.</p>
