Do not buy from Zando! ******!

I placed an order on the 30th of November. Today is the 28th of December and my order still has not arrived. 8 emails were sent, no response. I called a dozen times and each time I spent 30minutes to an hour waiting for an agent but I never got through. Worst customer service ever!
