Dissatisfied loyal customer!

I placed an order in 24/11 and the order says delivered on 02/12. I have never received the order. And "due to covid" there's no one to call. I've emailed and sent the request online and I get an email saying they received my query and will assist in 2 business days but no has come back to me. How do I get help from them????
