Dissatisfied customer

I have purcashed a dress on the 8th of may. It almost 2 weeks and no delivery. When standard delivery is free and 5-7 days. What kind of business is zando. I have emailed customer service its like they all are dead. Not one reply nothing really dissatisfied with zando will not order anything again
