Dissatisfied and irritated

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the goods zando sell! I purchased my daughter Crocs and the colour is all peeling off! After sending the pictures to crocs they said this is a factory default and this shouldn't happen! Be aware. They selling faulty products and factory default products. After contacting zando they saying it's outside the 14 day returns!! The shoes started peeling after the 14 days and now looks like old shoes! My daughter hardly wore the shoes as it couldn't fit her at the time she got it which means in a 2 months period the colour is almost completely off!
