Dissatisfied

Zando I purchased some things on the first of December and until today you haven't delivered I'm travelling and needed to go with these things, I even called and was told I will have the parcel by the 11th yet it's the 13th and still haven't received it. I'm calling your call center and no one picks up for over 10 minutes I just wanted to make arrangements to go and collect from the couriers instead of talking to your customers you block us out yet you have inconvenienced us like this. I have wasted money on airtime now will waste more money shipping these products I bought. Disappointing service.
