Dissatisfaction with the quality of zandos products

Been trying to call this company since last week. The answering service keeps playing the same msg about high call volumes and cuts the call after 8 min. Why could they not advise us if they are closed.

Emails are also of no use as the response is an automated one which promises to get back to you. But thus far nothing. Very frustrating.

I need to return an item for the 3rd time as the sizes are incorrect and quality is low. The Reebok tights I bought are definitely not what I expected.

Would be interested in zandos response.
