Dissapointing

Hey

I placed an order with the popular online store. I was advised of the date to expect my order. My order never came on the said date, I have called but all they do is play music and do not answer calls. I have emailed and no reply has been received. We work hard for our money and this is why people do when we try reward ourselves! I am leaving town soon, I wanted to advise them that I won't be home as my order is late. I am not having any luck through all their said mode of communication. This is very frustrating. I even sent a DM on Instagram. Noone is helping
