Dishonest, poor service

I bought sneakers for my son on the Zando website. He opened the box in the presence of myself and his friends. He said: 'Sorry Mom I don't like these'. He closed the box and I returned it the next day. He never took the shoes out of the box. He never fitted the shoes on. Zando rejected the return for no reason. I cannot find any reason why it was rejected. I received an sms saying I must read my email, but there is no email. These people are dishonest. I had more items in my cart but I will never buy from them again.
