DISGUSTING, USELESS, *********, PATHETIC, *******, ETC ETC ETC!

I would rate Zando NEGATIVE STARS if I could! I placed an order on 27 Nov- delivery was pushed out about 4 times- no one responds to emails or answers their phone lines! Waited until 12 December before I finally received my parcel- AFTER the event I needed it for! Scheduled a return as soon as I received- scheduled return date 13 December. BIG SURPRISE! They didnt come to collect! I emailed and tried to phone multiple times AGAIN to NO RESPONSE! They showed up the following week at my work place (while I was on leave) to collect, my offices phoned me while they were there and I gave my cellphone number and new pick-up address- GUESS WHAT?????? 28 DECEMBER AND NO COLLECTION OF MY RETURN!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting customer service!!!
