Disgusting service from Zando

I placed an order on the 2nd of December and to this day, I still do not have my item ordered. Call centre does not bother answering anyones calls, you listen to their stupid music for more than 10 minutes. They do not respond to emails. The last update made on my order was on the 5th of December, there has been no communication or what so ever after that. I have been a loyal customer of Zando and they can rest assured I will not be coming back after this stunt.
