Disgusting service

I am disgusted with this retailer, first of all they were delayed with delivering my package for 3 weeks, secondly when I logged the return, I get an email stating that they tried to collect my parcel but I wasnt available, HOWEVER they have never contacted my to make arrangements to collect, nor has anyone been to my house to collect. And conveniently I get an email with a disclaimer saying they will not accept the return after 3 failed attempts, which means I have 1 failed attempt already. I will NEVER shop at Zando ever again, I would rather shop at Take alot and Superbalist they are excellent and very efficient. Zando you should learn something from Take alot.
