Disgusting service by Zando

their customer service is very bad, you cant even get ahold of them. They don't attend to calls they make you listen to their pathetic music forever. They don't acknowledge or respond to email queries. I have been trying to get ahold of them regarding an order that was meant to take up to 7 seven days and no one has bothered to let me know the whereabouts of my order. When you track the order online it only says its processing, its been processing for 7 days now
