Disgusting service

Disgusting service and a **** app!!! Ordered from both superbalist and zando on the same day, while superbalist kept me informed as to when my order would arrive and the status on it when I placed the order on 28/09/2019 (it arrived on 01/10/2019) however with zando I've called and to no avail. The status is stuck and I've spent so much money on the order, no one has contacted me and its disgusting that I cant find out what's happening!!!
