Disgusting service and poor quality

I purchased a pair of boots during lockdown and I recurved it . I never wore it as it was Lockdown. I wore it twice and the heel broke the shoes are still brand new . They refuse to take it back . This is bad quality for shoes that cost over R800. I want my refund or a other pair of shoes . This is unacceptable.
