Disgusting service and poor product!

I returned a faulty shoe, which they collected on 23 November, only to receive feedback on 22 december via email that return has been rejected as they could not find any visible fault. I mentioned with my return that there is no visible damage on the outside but damage is on inside a shoes makes a noise and feels funny when walking. They did not open the shoe to inspect but because i have worn the shoe (thrice) they are unable to resell it and therefor rejects my return.

As the email went to my work email address i did not get the above rejection until today, 3 January 2018. No other form of communication was sent (sms) to advise me of the above, no message to say when the shoes will be returned, so i can make provision to be available.

I phoned this morning and all the consultant could say was that it will be by the end of this week.

Unhappy with the time you took just to tell me sorry we cannot except the return, your service suck and I will surely not purchase from your institution again.
