Disgusting Service

I have placed an order with Zando on 1 December 2019, I have still not received my order.I have tried to phone numerous times but I keep holding on for 20 minutes at a time with no respsonse, does anyone even work there. I have also emailed 4 times but no response. This is absolutely disgusting service from Zando.I will never purchase anything from you'll again.
