Disgusting Service

The reason i decided to write this review is because if i would get a better response from Hellopeter than i would from sending an email to Zando. Pathetic service. Seriously. I logged a return request on 4 July 2019, item was collected and received at Zando on 26 July 2019, that's 3 weeks. Then on 18 July 2019 my return was requested, and has been pending since then. Today is the 7th of August and I have still not yet received my replacement item. Zando does NOT even respond to any emails. I am highly disappointed with their level of customer service. This is the first and LAST time i ever order anything from this online store. If i don't receive my replacement by next week i am going to request a refund. If you are thinking of purchasing anything from Zando, think twice, there are other online store where you will get great service from.
