DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I logged a return on the 4th December 2018 and collection was scheduled for the following day, today is 10th and the item has not been collected nor have i received any correspondence from Zando. I have call the number on your website everyday since the 6th and held on the line so long that the call automatically cut.

THIS SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
