Disgusting poor customer services from Zando

I'm so disgusted with Zando's poor customer services, I have placed an order for clothing items on the 5th Dec and paid sametime due to not receiving them I had to cancel because I was going for December holidays. I called them on the 13th Dec the consultant told me she's cancelling it will receive a confirmation for cancellation then will be receiving my refund but have not received, they don't pick up calls nor reply to my emails. Will never ever shop from them again! All I need is my refund from them
