DISGUSTING "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!

Shocking service! 2 pairs of shoes were ordered in my size but when i got them they were small, so i contacted Zando straight away and emailed them about a return. I was told someone would collected them on 26th March. I know during lockdown level 5 they couldnt do anything but in level 4 they are working and also couriers work. Zando is in Cape Town, not even 15min from where i live. But ive gotten ZERO reply from them. Its been nearly 2months! No communication nothing!!! Now online says i cant return it!

Ive got emails as proof! I want my items returned and refunded ASAP!

Disgusted with their so called customer service!
