Disgusting customer service

I placed an order late last year. order was delivered however delivery was delayed. upon receiving my parcel it was too small i had to return it. Return was collected by their courier on the 31st and still zando customer service advise that they have not receive my parcel from their courier and they cannot provide me with the turnaround time. no communication whatsover i have to call them everyday to hear stories Order number:***
