DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE........

I had ordered boots in November 2018 plus paid delivery of same and to date have not received the package. I have tried to contact them more times than i can count and they have never ever answered the phone, ive sent emails as well and they keep saying they lodging a query but never ever rectifies the situation, I was then sent an email saying that on the 27 December 2018 they processing a return but to date have not received a refund.....THEIR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING....THEY TAKE MONEY FOR GOODS WHICH THEY CANNOT DELIVER COMPLETE *****S.
