Disgusting and non existent service

Disgusting service. Requested a return for my item that was delivered and charged for twice! Over a month now and it just says return in progress yet no one has ever come to collect my parcel. Countless emails, social media messages.... nothing. Phone lines have also been disables due to coronavirus!!
