Disgusting!!!!!

I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted with the service from this company I ordered a watch on the 29 of APRIL 2021 and I was sent the incorrect item (baby sneakers) I logged in a pick up and asked for my watch I was told that they will refund me with a voucher or money back into my account Today is the 8 of JUNE 2021. NOT A CALL OR A RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS. The number provided dont work and that live chat om the app is just useless. So they send my incorrect item and ghost me when I need mt refund. It was my first time ordering from them and definitely my last. Basically cut my losses and move on because no one actually works at Zando!!!!!
