I have placed an order on the 19th December. We are on the 7th of January and I haven't still received my package. I was told last week that it will be delivered on Monday. Today is Monday, I haven't received it.

My order status online shows my order was delivered. Delivered to who. I have been sending emails to query my order and check on delivery. No one from Zando has bothered to reply. So where is my order? I ordered goods for over R1000. Where is it
