Disguised shoe size

I am really disappointed with my order. It was my first purchase and I got a very bad experience. I specifically ordered a size 3 Boot and I was given a size 4 that was covered with stickers saying size 3 and the shoe is actually a size 4 inside and underneath the shoe. It’s too big for me. I don’t see why would one do that change a size 4 shoe from the factory and make it look like a size 3. I’m really, really disappointed and hurt. I requested a refund, they came to collect their boots on the 25/06/2018 but I haven't received my money. I want y money back.
