DISGRACEFUL

I placed a order with Zando , wrong item received, had the same name as the item i ordered, on the box. They WERE QUICK TO SEND A COURIER TO collected the incorrect item and says they will deliver the correct item in 7 days AFTER ME CALLING THEM, it was the first and last time i order from Zando, no one bothered to call me i have to keep calling, they must have a lot off problems as there is no manger available to speak to,a absolute disappointment REALLY.
