Disgraceful

I have now been trying to get hold of Zando, many many times, with no response. Thanks to my complaint they finally got back to me- the process was still unpleasant as I had to run after them, now that the first step of the process has been completed, and my item was collected ( finally ) I have heard nothing back- have not even received an sms, let alone my refund!!! I have sent one message after another. I would never ever recommend Zando. This experience has been nothing short of disgusting and unpleasant. What a rude, unhelpful team!!!! All I want is my refund and to put this revolting experience to rest. Maybe after yet ANOTHER complaint I’ll hear from you- Zando and you can resolve this once and for all, seeing as I only get a response from you on this platform
