Disappointing/Horrible service

Zando has appalling customer service. It is actually very disappointing that they do not adhere to the terms and conditions advertised on their site. I was sent a wrong item, which was their mistake. 3 weeks later and I'm yet to be sent the item that I paid for. Don't bother using their queries or complaints e-mail address as they don't bother responding.
