Disappointing service

I placed my order 9 days ago, still no delivery. Was advised by a call center agent that my order will be delivered sometime this week. I simply cannot accept this, the website states "Our delivery times are within 3 working days for main city centres" which includes Johannesburg. Please ensure that my order is delivered by the end of business today or I will take this matter further! ORDER # ********** 18
