Disappointing service

Zando service is so disappointing. They give us an email address to send our queries but it looks like there is no one who mends that email address. I have sent 5 emails already from last week Wednesday, 2 May 2018. Not even one has been rep**** to. Not to mention their call center number, it just rings continuously. I have an order that was paid for but it was cancelled, now I don’t even know what to do.
