disappointing!

I received a voucher from Zando as I'm sure all their customers did. Upon checkout of my purchase, I chose to pay for my delivery in-store. Not once was it stated (on the website or any emails sent to me) that I would have to specify to the cashier that I want to make a PayAT payment. Upon many failed attempts to pay for my item, I contacted Zando, but by the time I got a response my order was cancelled and voucher expired. <br> <br> The disappointment is that the people liasing with me maintain that \It would have been explained in the little paragraph below the payment method as well as when you finalized your order on the checkout confirmation page". Clearly they don't know what their own website states. The only thing stated is in-store payment can be made at Spar"
