Disappointed! Return and Refund Poor Service

Shopping online is easy and Zando are very quick to take your money, but when it comes to returning items and the refund, Zando are very disappointing. My return was supposed to be collected in 2 days, and will now only be collected 2 weeks after request, then I have to wait an additional 10 days for my funds to be credited to my credit card. How is that when we buy something we have to pay it immediately, but when the companies owe you money you have to wait.
