Disappointed, poor service, no customer service

I ordered from Zando on the 22 October 2023 and the order was supposed to be delivered on the 25 October 2023. I never received it until date. I have been chatting on their online chat sent email. No solution. No one even bother to call me until i phone myself and promise same thing of order is coming.

Very disappointed I trusted Zando as its not the first time ordering from them
