Disappointed

Disgusting to say the least. I have never in my entire life receive such putrid service. ZANDO, your service has been absolutely disgusting. The lack of communication is even more disgusting!!!!!!!!! Is this how paying customers are treated?!!!!! I place an order on the 17th of Dec. I have received nothing!!!! if I did not call in today to track this order or follow up, you ZANDO, would have never called. DISGUSTING!!!!!! I have been passed from pillar to post and have received nothing. Your courier is even worse!!!!!! Review your chosen courier because they are pathetic and don't deserve to be a courier or to be called one. Your consultants ZANDO, they are your saving grace in this matter, they have been friendly and tried their best. I refuse to recommend ZANDO to anyone over the festive period. I have failed to give my loved one the gift i have bought because of you. I am truly disappointed at the lack of communication. I have been a customer but now refuse to even mention your name to anyone, ZANDO you have disappointed me. Thank you for a really trashy Christmas!!!!! I truly mean it.
