DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

Made my first purchase with Zando on Tuesday the 30th. delivery was within given lead time however I am very dissappointed and very angry withe their courier service. I alway use y home address (Vosloorus) for online shopping deliveries and have never had any issues. I recieved a call from the courier driver this morning telling me that my package is ready but i must fetch it at the police station because they do not deliver in my area. Why was I not warned of this upon purchase??? I'm at work and my nanny who is home with my 2 year old son who is waiting for this parcel can't walk to the police station as it is very far and is a big incovenience, why am I given a option to use my township home address if it's a problem to get to my home. I had to find a neighbour with a car to go fetch my package. This is a seriously bad first experience and I will never buy from Zando again. my family and friends will know about this and they too, will never buy from Zando.
