Disappointed

I ordered a fragrance on sale from Zando with expected delivery the following week Thursday. This was a gift for my mom for her birthday. On Thursday morning I got an email that the order has been cancelled. No reason was given. The product is still in stock online so that could not have been the reason.I emailed their customer service and was promised a response within 2 business days.I never got a reply.I sent them a Facebook message too and was promised a response which I never received. Its a pity as they have some really nice products. I wont be ordering from them again. First but last
