Disappointed

I requested a return on the clothes I bought and they collected the items on Monday, still this day I haven't received my refund in my bank account. It's not the first time I have returned items to Zando and if I choose the zando voucher refund method within 24hours the voucher will be processed so that I can buy again. But as I have requested my money back it's an issue.
