DISAPPOINTED

I got really excited buying online as I thought finally South Africa is getting to where the rest of 1st World Countries are - only to found out the service is still VERY 3rd World. <br> <br> Firstly - you cannot exchange an item for a smaller or bigger size.<br> <br> Secondly - the items have been delivered but the order online still says \undelivered"so you CANNOT BOOK A RETURN<br> <br> The chat online is NOT VERY HELPFUL at all. <br> <br> Their labelling is completely wrong - so I got send the same wrong jacket TWICE - now awaiting a refund. Beige picture on internet - get to you and it's Khaki. <br> <br> Think I'll just have to go back into the shops again this is too tedious and an admin NIGHTMARE! """
