Disappointed

I bought shoes and dress and want to return them. Online request only have one option to drop off at zando at Milnertown yet I am in KZN-Durban. The chart service it not working and there is no other option to contact them.

I am very disappointed in their service, now I am stuck with the shoes that are big and I bought them for the upcoming event on the 30 August and the dress too.
