Dirty clothes from Zando

I first ordered from Zando in Nov 2019. Delivery was in 5 days (good) and the packaging and the clothes were dirty. 1 dress fitted and the other didn't fit. I ten returned and got store credit. I was not impressed but because I had credit, I ordered again. 10 days later, my order has not arrived and consultants are very rude and they don't know when they will deliver. I registered work address and we closing tomorrow 13 Dec and No promise on delivery. They don't want to refund either.
